Due to the nature of some of our custom beauty products, certain orders may require additional processing time prior to shipping.

Undeliverable Packages

Our carriers will make three delivery attempts. If a package is undeliverable after these attempts, it will be returned to us. If this occurs, please contact us at support@mypearlee.com to resolve the issue.

The total cost of your order includes product pricing, any applicable sales tax, and shipping fees. This final amount will be shown at checkout.
